Movement has always been at the heart of my life. From my earliest memories as a runner and endurance athlete to years spent powerlifting, hiking Colorado trails, and exploring new ways to challenge my body, I’ve always believed that fitness is more than training. It’s a way of living. My lifelong love of sport and movement has taught me 

Movement has always been at the heart of my life. From my earliest memories as a runner and endurance athlete to years spent powerlifting, hiking Colorado trails, and exploring new ways to challenge my body, I’ve always believed that fitness is more than training. It’s a way of living. My lifelong love of sport and movement has taught me that every mile, every rep, and every climb is not just about the body, but about the mind that carries you through.

Athletics run deep in my family. Growing up surrounded by athletes gave me a front-row seat to the highs and lows of competition, the drive it takes to succeed, and the resilience needed to bounce back. Today, that legacy continues with my own kids, who are both competitive athletes. Watching them train their bodies day after day, I began to see even more clearly what so many athletes miss: while we put so much effort into building physical strength, speed, and endurance, the mind is often left untrained and unprepared. Yet it’s the mind that determines how far the body can truly go.

This realization deepened my passion and ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in mental performance training. Out of this extensive and specialized learning  Mind Path Performance was born. Combined with my background in counseling psychology and sport and performance psychology, I’ve committed myself to helping athletes of all levels discover what I’ve learned through my own journey and through my family’s. Mindfulness, awareness, and mental training are the keys not only to peak performance, but also to lasting joy, confidence, and balance in life

Mental performance training is about more than sharpening focus before a big game or learning to “tough it out.” It’s about cultivating awareness, mindfulness, and habits that help athletes thrive in every arena of life. My approach blends research-backed mental skills training with practical, mindful practices that athletes can apply immediately. Not just to their sport, but to their schoolwork, relationships, and personal growth.

Through our work together, athletes learn how to:

* Build confidence and self-belief that lasts through highs and lows.

* Develop focus and clarity, even under pressure.

* Manage emotions and reset after mistakes.

* Train their thoughts just as intentionally as they train their bodies.

* Discover balance and joy in the process, not just the outcome.

I believe these skills are not extras. They are essentials. When athletes learn to bring presence, awareness, and resilience into their training, they unlock a version of themselves that is both stronger and more fulfilled.

It’s also for parents and coaches who believe that developing the whole athlete,  mind, body, and spirit, creates not just stronger competitors, but healthier and happier people.
